Acknowledgement.


  • A copy of your passport with your photograph and identity details;
  • A copy of a utility bill, bank statement, official letter from a state body such as the Revenue Commissioners as proof of address;
  • Upload a scan of the document to be notarised.

One of the key jobs of the notary is proving the identity of you the client. In order for me to act for you I will need the following proofs of your identity and address;

When e-signing the Acknowledgement, please upload scans of these which will speed up our meeting because I am required to keep a copy of them on file.

We will send an email confirmation upon successful submission, and next we will arrange to meet to complete the notary process.

In advance, please note:

  • YOU MUST BRING THE PASSPORT AND PROOF OF ADDRESS TO OUR MEETING FOR FORMAL VERIFICATION
  • DO NOT SIGN THE DOCUMENTS WHICH NEED TO BE NOTARISED FOR YOU BEFORE WE MEET.
